Eateries chosen for these books must be located on the Chesapeake Bay or its tributary rivers and creeks. We believe if you can’t see the water, you don’t get the full Bay experience. Restaurants also must serve local crabs to make the cut for these books. Palm trees are optional; ice-cold beer is not. Most are family-owned businesses that buy seafood fresh from local watermen.
